I had an amazing 1 year lease living here at Washburn on the Park. The community of residents was one of my favorite parts! ... This place is way more than just an apartment complex, you really get to know your neighbors. Rent price is reasonable given the economy. No noise issues at all! Only annoying thing was that my AC unit in the living room did not circulate the air well and would not make it to my bedroom, making my bedroom too hot for comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a great distance to downtown if you want to take a walk in the evening, but also just far enough out of downtown that you can have your own space. The Washburn is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious and has all the amenities you need. I LOVE the amount ... of closet space! The apartments and the building are very clean and the management takes care of everything that you need, from repairs to receiving packages. Sarah and her team are very reliable, communicative, professional, and super friendly. Also, the location is amazing; you can walk to downtown, Mayo Clinic, and the universities in town and you can take one of the multiple bus lines that are in walking distance to anywhere in La Crosse. 5 stars!!! Whether it be a misplaced key in the middle of the night or a simple maintenance request, Sarah can always be counted on to serve her residents in a speedy manner. Sarah puts the residents first.
